Delivery conditions

These terms of delivery apply to orders and deliveries from the online store operated by M.S Trade & Marketing (business ID 3349286-5). They are valid from 22.9.2025.

Products and prices

Product characteristics and prices are indicated in the product descriptions.
We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges.
All prices include VAT, which will be shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation.

Delivery charges

Delivery costs are determined by the weight of the products, the packaging and the delivery method.
Delivery charges will be added to the total amount of the order and will appear in the shopping cart before the order is confirmed.

Ordering and contract

Products are ordered by adding them to your shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart in the e-commerce payment service.
Once the order is confirmed, a binding contract is created.

Payment

Orders are paid using the payment methods offered by the online store, which are indicated in the shopping cart.

Order and payment confirmation

A confirmation of a successful order will be sent by email.
If, exceptionally, the order cannot be confirmed, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible.

Delivery and delivery time

Orders are delivered by the delivery method chosen by the customer.
The delivery time depends on the product and the transport service.

Right of withdrawal and refund

The consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal and return under the Consumer Protection Act.

Cancellation notification is made by e-mail to info@byebye.fi. In the subject field of the message, enter ORDER NUMBER + CANCELLATION/REFUND.

The product to be returned must be:

• in the original packaging

• unused

• properly packed for return shipment

The returning party pays the costs of the return. The return must be accompanied by the name, contact details and account number for the refund. The fee will be refunded after processing.

Errors and problems

Check the delivery as soon as it arrives. If the product is lost, damaged in transit or faulty, please report it within 14 days to. info@byebye.fi.

Limitation of liability

M.S Trade & Marketing is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Disagreements

Any disagreements will be resolved primarily through customer service (info@byebye.fi).
If no agreement is reached, the consumer can take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).
Before doing so, the consumer should contact the Consumer Helpdesk (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
